Custom Rugs

At Knots Rugs we are dedicated to producing new collections to inspire our customers year after year. Sometimes we know an adjustment is needed to create the perfect rug for your space. Our experienced design team is here to help you with this process.

Using our current collection as the canvas we can change colour, materials, scale and produce in sizes up to 30ft x 40ft to suit your needs. We can also produce rugs in different shapes to the standard options available in store.

Once all the changes are decided upon, we will produce a computer image known as a CAD for you to view showing you what the finished rug will look like. We can also produce a small strike off to check the colours and materials if needed (charges may apply for this service but will be reimbursed when the order is placed).

When producing a hand knotted rug there will always be a time scale to consider due to the labour intensive and creative work involved in creating these artisan pieces. Our production times are between 16-26 weeks. If time is critical, our rugs, can be produced in 12-14 weeks on a double shift, a 15% extra charge will be applied for this service. If you have a specific design in mind and nothing is quite hitting the spot, we can produce a fully customised rug for you, but please note that we do require a minimum sqm.
