Cactus (Runner) | Natural

Cactus is a flatweave rug made using vegan materials. Derived from the cactus plant, the cacti leaves are crushed and soaked until they become fibrous. These fibres are then spun by hand to create the yarn, ready for weaving. Bespoke sizes and colourways are available upon request, and this design can be woven with or without a natural or dyed fringe. Production time 8 - 12 weeks. We hope you are very happy with your rug, but if for any reason you're not and wish to discuss an issue or simply return it, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will refund you in full to the original payment method used for purchase. This must be done for security reasons. Items must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging, otherwise no refund will be issued. All return costs will be borne by the buyer. Any returns outside of the UK will be at the buyers cost and risk and must be marked as returned item to avoid charges and delays.

All SALE items are final and are non returnable. Credit may be issued at the owners discretion.

1. Made to Order and Custom Rugs require a 50% deposit and 50% balance payment prior to shipping.
   
2. All in-stock items require 100% payment on receipt of invoice. 
3. We accept all major payment cards, plus trade customers can pay by bank transfer.
4. Please note our rugs are hand-made, tolerance 5-10% either way in colour and size can occur due to the production process. 
5. Production time varies according to the production method.
6. Orders are non-refundable or returnable unless there is a manufacturing fault with the rug. 
7. Custom orders incur a shipping fee to be calculated on weight and size prior to shipping.
8. All bank charges are the responsibility of the payer.
