Ikat Royal Damask in Olive Orange is a bright hand-knotted rug, inspired by an original Ikat fabric. Hand-made in Nepal, this Tibetan wool and Chinese silk rug features earthy greens and vivid orange tones within its repeat pattern. This design is also made on the width rather than the length, ensuring a true resemblance of the unpredictable and uniqueness remains.

We hope you are very happy with your rug, but if for any reason you're not and wish to discuss an issue or simply return it, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

1. Made to Order and Custom Rugs require a 50% deposit and 50% balance payment prior to shipping.
   
2. All in-stock items require 100% payment on receipt of invoice. 
3. We accept all major payment cards, plus trade customers can pay by bank transfer.
4. Please note our rugs are hand-made, tolerance 5-10% either way in colour and size can occur due to the production process. 
5. Production time varies according to the production method.
6. Orders are non-refundable or returnable unless there is a manufacturing fault with the rug. 
7. Custom orders incur a shipping fee to be calculated on weight and size prior to shipping.
8. All bank charges are the responsibility of the payer.
