Patchwork No.02 | Pale is built from a quiet arrangement of overlapping colour blocks in pale blue, cream and softened neutral tones. The geometry is deliberately restrained, using changes in proportion and tone rather than strong contrast to create the composition.

Hand-knotted in Tibetan wool and Chinese silk, the two fibres give the individual areas subtly different surface qualities. Wool softens the colour, while silk introduces a gentle shift in light, preventing the pale palette from feeling flat.

The result is a contemporary geometric rug with enough structure to define a room while remaining calm and adaptable within a wider interior scheme.

We hope you are very happy with your rug, but if for any reason you're not and wish to discuss an issue or simply return it, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will refund you in full to the original payment method used for purchase. This must be done for security reasons. Items must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging, otherwise no refund will be issued. All return costs will be borne by the buyer. Any returns outside of the UK will be at the buyers cost and risk and must be marked as returned item to avoid charges and delays.

All SALE items are final and are non returnable. Credit may be issued at the owners discretion.

1. Made to Order and Custom Rugs require a 50% deposit and 50% balance payment prior to shipping.
   
2. All in-stock items require 100% payment on receipt of invoice. 
3. We accept all major payment cards, plus trade customers can pay by bank transfer.
4. Please note our rugs are hand-made, tolerance 5-10% either way in colour and size can occur due to the production process. 
5. Production time varies according to the production method.
6. Orders are non-refundable or returnable unless there is a manufacturing fault with the rug. 
7. Custom orders incur a shipping fee to be calculated on weight and size prior to shipping.
8. All bank charges are the responsibility of the payer.
