New to the Knots Rugs Abstract collection, Sahara No.03 is an exquisite runner design that has been hand crafted from the finest Tibetan wool and Chinese silk, using a careful balance of colours to create a feeling of serenity and tranquility. The soft blue and grey tones which are reminiscent of water, flow harmoniously across the surface of the rug, creating a captivating sense of movement and fluidity. Bespoke sizes and colourways are available upon request. Production time 16 - 20 weeks.

We hope you are very happy with your rug, but if for any reason you're not and wish to discuss an issue or simply return it, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

1. Made to Order and Custom Rugs require a 50% deposit and 50% balance payment prior to shipping.
   
2. All in-stock items require 100% payment on receipt of invoice. 
3. We accept all major payment cards, plus trade customers can pay by bank transfer.
4. Please note our rugs are hand-made, tolerance 5-10% either way in colour and size can occur due to the production process. 
5. Production time varies according to the production method.
6. Orders are non-refundable or returnable unless there is a manufacturing fault with the rug. 
7. Custom orders incur a shipping fee to be calculated on weight and size prior to shipping.
8. All bank charges are the responsibility of the payer.
