Limited Edition The Ginkgo Eternity rug has been created in collaboration with French Artist Stephanie Caldy. In honour of a young Ginkgo Biloba tree in her orchard, each leaf she paints with ink, acrylics and pigments has been repeated creating a vertical pattern on linen cloth. Caldy's artistic expression is nourished by a deep philosophy for life, respect, and peace building. This limited edition piece has been skilfully hand-knotted in the Kathmandu Valley of Nepal, using the world’s oldest traditional skills, in the finest Tibetan wool and Chinese silk. Production time 20 - 24 weeks.

We hope you are very happy with your rug, but if for any reason you're not and wish to discuss an issue or simply return it, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

1. Made to Order and Custom Rugs require a 50% deposit and 50% balance payment prior to shipping.
   
2. All in-stock items require 100% payment on receipt of invoice. 
3. We accept all major payment cards, plus trade customers can pay by bank transfer.
4. Please note our rugs are hand-made, tolerance 5-10% either way in colour and size can occur due to the production process. 
5. Production time varies according to the production method.
6. Orders are non-refundable or returnable unless there is a manufacturing fault with the rug. 
7. Custom orders incur a shipping fee to be calculated on weight and size prior to shipping.
8. All bank charges are the responsibility of the payer.
