Knots Rugs is proud to present our new artist collaboration with Barcelona based artist Alicia Gimeno. The collection was inspired by a trip to the Chepang community in Nepal as part of the Bahadur Social Project, an NGO focused on improving the lives of children. The four rugs in the collection are named after 4 little girls Alicia met.

'Rabina was a bold, brave and very intelligent child. Her family situation was somewhat worse than the rest, her parents' alcoholism or lack of education meant that she hardly ever went to school. Even so, she did not seem to lose the strong energy that characterised her. Rabina woke up in the morning, took care of her family's animals, looked after the crops and her younger siblings, and still had the strength to go to school to learn to write when her parents allowed her to do so'.

We hope you are very happy with your rug, but if for any reason you're not and wish to discuss an issue or simply return it, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

1. Made to Order and Custom Rugs require a 50% deposit and 50% balance payment prior to shipping.
   
2. All in-stock items require 100% payment on receipt of invoice. 
3. We accept all major payment cards, plus trade customers can pay by bank transfer.
4. Please note our rugs are hand-made, tolerance 5-10% either way in colour and size can occur due to the production process. 
5. Production time varies according to the production method.
6. Orders are non-refundable or returnable unless there is a manufacturing fault with the rug. 
7. Custom orders incur a shipping fee to be calculated on weight and size prior to shipping.
8. All bank charges are the responsibility of the payer.
